Terms & conditions
These terms apply when you use the Amour Couture website, buy a ready-to-wear item or commission a bespoke piece.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise. Submitting checkout starts a payment request; an order is accepted when payment is verified and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect or fraud is suspected.
Products and availability
We take care to describe colours, fabrics, dimensions and availability accurately. Screens and handcrafted materials may show natural variations. Product images are illustrative and small differences do not make an item defective.
Bespoke work
A bespoke request is not an order until scope, price, timing and payment terms are agreed. You are responsible for accurate measurements and timely fitting attendance. Design or measurement changes may affect price and completion date. Deposits and custom work already performed may be non-refundable as stated in the quotation.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Delivery & returns policy forms part of these terms. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Website and intellectual property
Amour Couture owns or licenses the website, photography, product names, designs, copy and brand assets. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not copy, scrape, resell or misuse its content or security features.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We will first try to resolve concerns directly and fairly. Contact lovedogbey936@gmail.com with your reference and a clear description of the issue.
