This policy explains how Amour Couture handles information when you browse, create an account, place an order or request a bespoke piece.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, contact details, delivery address, order information, measurements, design preferences and messages. We also receive technical information such as device, browser, security and error data needed to operate the website.
How we use it
We use information to provide accounts, fulfil orders, arrange delivery and fittings, prepare bespoke work, process payments, send service messages, prevent fraud, improve the website and meet legal or accounting duties. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Trusted providers process limited information for us: Clerk for authentication, Paystack for payments, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for hosting and media, Resend for transactional email, and Sentry for privacy-conscious error monitoring. Paystack handles payment credentials; Amour Couture does not store your card details or mobile-money PIN.
Retention and protection
We keep information only as long as required for the service, record-keeping, disputes and legal obligations. Access is limited by role and protected using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
